Set Up A Wire Drawing R&D Department
Our company has a wire-drawing research and development department to facilitate the development or validation of new functions.In 2012, we began to research and develop fully automatic take-up machine,and it was launched in bulk next year.In the same year, we developed the software of automatic traversing-compensation system, and after several upgrades, the current effect is comparable with some foreign equipment.

Automatic take-up machine includes automatic single-bobbin spooler (pintle type and expansion-shaft type) and automatic double-bobbin spooler,It can meet the requirement of many industries to use，for instance: wire and cable, EDM wire, steel cord,stainless steel wire etc..The device for “wire-tail knotting” of automatic spooler is our original invention and has strong practicability,and it obtained invention patent.
