In the same year, we developed our own wire arrangement automatic compensation system, which has been upgraded several times and now the performance has comparable to well-known advanced equipment.
For the automatic coil changing take-up machine, we have single-disc automatic coil changing (pin type and expanding shaft type) and double-disc fully automatic coil changing take-up machines, which can meet the demands of wire and cable, slow wire EDM brass cutting wire, steel cord, and stainless-steel wire, among many other industries. The "wire head reversal knotting" device of the fully automatic coil changing take-up machine is our original creation and has practicality.
